N, I have not given up on it but with all of the turmoil going on in the autosurf industry I have decided to take a small break in posting. Rather than post on something that conceivably change the next day I have decided to wait until things clam down a bit. Hopefully that will not be too long. Until then good luck with your blogs.

The Never Ending Story

12DailyPro’s site is now unavailable and I seriously doubt they will be coming back as well GWPTraffic has seemed to up and disappear. That my friends is just the beginning, both Enjoy2Surf and Sunny-Money have closed their doors as well. They are claiming that the new constraints set by the SEC prevent them from continuing in the “autosurfing” fashion. One bright note is that they are also claiming to be refunding everyone who is not in the positive, well see. NetSurf123 and PrimaSurf have closed their doors for the next couple of weeks. They are claiming to be making changes to comply with the new SEC constraints, another well see. AutoSurfJapan site has been down for the last few days, they are claiming “maintenance”; once again well see if they come back up. Lastly, 123eTraffic has had upgrades turned off for a few weeks now. I’m not sure why this is or what it means but I am guessing it is not a good sign. Okay, for a couple of pieces of good news (or at least better news). Since the StormPay issue I have been paid by DadnDave’s, sadly they are now private. Right at this point they are closed to make script changes but I am confidant that they will be opening back up. I have also been paid by eProfitSurf, twice! As of right now their site is down (it might be up by the time I post this) but they have made major chances including opening their own payment processor, Auto-Surf-Money. One last note, my first play with HYIP didn’t go so well, both turned out to be scams. I may play with them again sometime in the future but with all the change going on with autosurfing it is keeping me plenty busy.

And Yet Another

The StormPay fallout continues and AWD-Network is the latest autosurfer to shut its doors. Once again it is blaming its problems on the fact the StormPay has taken all of its money and locked their account as well as other issues (see below for their statement). Right now seems to be a very uneasy time for the autosurf industry. Two points to consider, first, the autosurfers that make it out of this will probably be much stronger for it. Secondly, I’d be very wary of autosurfers that have used and continue to use StormPay. They might claim that they have been unaffected but I think it makes sense to watch them closely and perhaps refrain from investing more in them for a while. One other humorous note, just prior to the StormPay issues I was about to post on the merits of NetIAB with conjunction to using StormPay and 12DailyPro. Rethought that one!

This has been a rather traumatic month for autosurfs. Some have closed and some have had to take drastic measures to ensure survival, after StormPay decided to not only stop dealing with autosurfs but to wipe out many accounts, and in some cases even take funds from members credit cards and bank accounts.
Some members have asked how we were affected. We didn’t want to go into too much detail until we were sure ourselves, but the situation is now all too clear. Although our StormPay account is still active, all the funds were removed by StormPay as charge backs. As I’ve said, the account is still active, but we have no intention of ever putting funds back into the account, just to have StormPay take them from us again.
We didn’t say anything sooner because we did not want to cause a panic among our members. We were hoping to use our reserves until matters were resolved. Unfortunately, about 90% of our short term online investments dealt with StormPay and all have been affected. There is no more money coming in from them, as StormPay have been closing accounts and/or wiping funds. Our long term offline investments are safe, but because they are long term we can not touch them for another 5 months.
It was really a case of bad timing with StormPay. We prefer not to keep funds in the processors, but because it was the start of the month we had funds there to begin payments. If StormPay had announced their intentions a week sooner there wouldn’t have been so much money sitting in the account. We were hoping that we could get the money from StormPay and put it into PayPal to pay all members this month, then we would worry about what to do next. However, since StormPay removed our funds there was nothing left to put into PayPal.
There has also been a problem with MaximumWallet. There is no money going into our account and we have been unable to get any money out. A 7-10 working day time limit on withdrawals is now at 18 working days, with no sign of movement. That on top of the fact that payments have been reduced to a crawl at the Maximum autosurfs, would suggest financial problems. This is why we have been unable to payout to MaximumWallet this month. If we ever actually receive the money owed to us, the first thing we will do is pay out members. However, this is unlikely.
So what happens next? Well, this autosurf was never intended as a full time business. It was supposed to be a part time job on top of our main concerns. We had set aside so many hours in the day to deal with upgrades, site validations, questions etc, but over the past couple of months and especially this past month, it has taken up way too much of our time. Our main business has suffered because of the amount of time I myself have had to spend dealing with the autosurf. Working to recover after recent events is going to be more than a full time job, and I just don’t have the time. I’m forced to make a decision, give the autosurf my full attention and let my main business slide, or close the autosurf.
Now, many of you are already in profit, so although you’ll probably be disappointed at the site closing, at least you know you got something out of it. For the free members, I’m afraid we can’t pay out what you earned, but since you never put any money in you are not losing anything. That just leaves those of you not yet in profit. There is some good news. Although our terms state that membership fees are non-refundable and there is no guarantee of earnings, we are not going to just “cut and run”. We will use what is left of our reserves to pay out the difference were possible. If you upgraded by $100 and received $50 from us, we will pay out the difference of $50.
Now, I suppose there is no point in my saying this, but please do not start complaining to the payment processors demanding refunds. If one or two members complain, then the funds in question are held until resolved. If 10, 20, 30 or more complain, then not only are those funds held, but the account if frozen. If our account is frozen we can not pay out members, including those who complained. No one wins. If you just let us get on with it, we’ll do our best to sort everyone out.
We’ll be taking the forum down. There are members out there who get abusive and we do not want our forum cluttered with foul language and threats. We have already had to remove a few posts lately due to the turing test, and it was nothing compared to this. I know many of you will have questions and will email us, and we’ll all do our best here to answer, but we will not respond to abuse, threats or foul language.
We have been here over a year and paid out all our members on time each and every month. The events bringing our site to closure were out of our control and our decision on this matter was not taken lightly. We’d like to thank members for their support over the past year, and wish you all the best in the future.

Ripple effect

The StormPay issue is still having an affect on the AutoSurfing industry. 911Hitz and its sister site GrandHits have decided to close up shop. After some bad investment decisions and losing their money with StormPay they have nothing left. NetSurf and PrimaSurf have now also been hit by StormPay and are still trying to figure out how they want to continue. Both of their statements are below.

Status of Programs

Currently both programs are at a stand still. After Stormpay had reduced our account to nothing with chargebacks they have now suspended it, I really hope they are stopped. Our main e-gold / e-bullion investment has disappeared as well. Scheduled to pay us weekly through November 2006, it did not last through January. After being optimistic that the admin would resurface and the payouts would continue, it has now been 3 weeks and I do not think we will ever see any of these funds again. All of this leaves us with absolutely nothing in our accounts.

Unfortunately we will have to close the programs, there is no possible way we can continue after everything has been stolen like this. I am very disappointed, as many of you know we did not run our programs based on a pyramid / ponzi system, we honestly had a paying investment that we pooled the funds into. Now that this has disappeared it seems that it may have been a pyramid type scheme itself. Extended due diligence was done on this investement so it shows you that everything in the hyip world (private or not) is a gamble.

I have enjoyed running the programs over the past year and have gained much experience. Once I am able to locate a a few solid investments in which to diversify funds, I imagine we will launch a new program possibly as soon as 2 weeks to a month from now. That is if the community will allow us to, as I understand that all of you are looking for someone to blame and I probably fill that role for you. I honestly believed that we had everything in place to operate at least another year, this is definately not the beginning of 2006 I had planned for. I will be able to continue because I know that this was all out of my hands, I will admit to the investement in Panama as being my fault, it has turned out to be a bad investment decision on my part, and for this I apoligize. But as far as being a theif and stealing all of these funds, I have a clean conscience, if the funds were still in our possession I wouldn't be writing this email that is for sure.

These are now difficult times ahead for everyone. I know that if we work together we can make it work again, there is no doubt about this. So tentatively our next program will pay out once a week, but I imagine the earnings rate will be much more on the conservative side. Alot has been learned with our current programs, and those lessons will all be applied into the development of the next program. We will have more details and possibly a pre-launch soon.

NetSurf & PrimaSurf:

After 10 theatrical days, Stormpay has finally gotten to us and cleaned us out too. It is quite unfortunate that we could not complete the cashout requests.
We are currently reviewing the situation and members who have not used Stormpay as a processor will not be affected. This fiasco has costed us much time and everybody much money.
Members who have just upgraded, your account will be credited once the surfbar is up so you won't lose out on surfing. We are expecting only a day or so's downtime.
Payouts will continue as usual (naturally without the Stormpay processor as we have lost the whole account to them and have no more access to their system.)

Auto-Surf-Money

The official launch of Auto-Surf-Money happened today. A little over a week ago ASM opened for a short period of time and as it turned out prematurely. It allowed the users of eProfitSurf to register and allow their downline to register and then it closed it doors again. Now it is officially open for business. Change is Good?

There have been a lot of things going on since the StormPay and 12DailyPro issues arose. StormPay has not only frozen 12DailyPro accounts (although they seem to be the most reported on site) but also a couple of dozen other sites. What I will try to do now is give an update for the sites that I surf that have been affected by the StormPay issue (as well as any other relevant issues).

The only site that has closed claiming the StormPay issue is 2Dollars4u, you can read their statement here. Enjoy2Surf, SunnyMoney, and DadnDave’s have taken similar approaches on handling the StormPay crises. You can read my post on those sites here. SurfMunkee, MyCashTrader and 4GTISurf have a combined statement. They are continuing to take a wait and see approach; you can read about it here. 365 Global Profit has decided to go private; you can read my post about there plans here. I am still waiting for eProfitSurf to open up and you can read about what they plan on doing here. Lastly, AWD-Surfin has added a unique twist in the autosurf world; you can read about that here.

I think that sums most of what I know up. Pick and choose what interests you and I’ll keep you informed when I hear anything.

AWD’s Turning Test

AWD-Surfin has thrown in a new twist to their surfing, it is the turning test. Basically after a number of web pages have been displayed you will be required to click on a turning number. If you do not press this turning number in the required amount of time you will get a warning. If you get warned five times during the session you account will be suspended for a week. If this happens more than once your account will be deleted. The idea is that it is enforcing its members to view the sites being advertised. My opinion is that it is turning into a PTC site rather than an autosurfer. Will I stop surfing them, no, but it does slow down the process.

365 Global Profit Goes Private

I am unsure if this is in response to the StormPay issues or was the designed plan all along. Along with their privatization plans they are instigating a $10 monthly fee to use their program. Lastly they are requiring all members to have at least a $100 membership level to remain in the program. First off I have always liked 365 Global but I do have issues with these new changes. Granted it is their site and they can do what they want but they didn’t give their members much opportunity to prepare for these new changes. I really do not like having to pay a membership fee, I can understand having a fee for withdrawals because autosurfers to cover costs but by having the $10 membership fee you almost need to have a balance of at least $100 to be a viable money making opportunity. I have to also take obsession to two other statements that they have had on their site as of late. The first statement was that their members should wake-up, it was not StormPay that screwed you but 12DailyPro. I don’t know if 12DailyPro screwed me or not ("yet") but I do know that StormPay froze more than 12DailyPro’s account. Just because their account is open I don't that gives them the right to make such a braod statement. The second statement was that DadnDave’s made a large withdrawal and their members should be cautious of who they surf with. That’s always good advice but to try to slander Dad’s doesn’t seem overly professional. I do not know how I am going to proceed with them at this juncture but I will post on it when I decide.

Gold Trade Technology Inc. StormPay Response

MyCashTrader, 4GTISurf, and SurfMunkee say they have “yet” to be affected by StormPay but for the protection of their members they have disabled StormPay as an option. This is not a huge issue for me considering with all of the turmoil lately I am having issues trusting StormPay. Up until now I don’t think they have come up with a good enough payment processor solution. I will continue to look forward to what they plan on adding. Below is their official statement:

Due to the recent decisions by Stormpay to act against the autosurf industry in a somewhat, allegedly unusual manner, we have recently been put into the position of limiting our financial activities with them.

We will still be using Stormpay, but ask you to respect and understand that this has been a volatile and uncertain 2 weeks for us and that changes must occur to support our commitment to you.

While we cannot ignore the events or condone the restricitons imposed against other autosurf companies, we are satisfied that our Stormpay status is secure for the time being, however, we are aware that they can impose the same restricitons upon us at any time they wish, regardless of what evidence we give to support our business operations and without warning.
They (Stormpay) have already removed the option of funding accounts by International bank transfers without warning to it's members, this means we are forced into the added expense of opening a US bank account, which could take time and is a decision for our entire Board of Directors. Should the decision be made to not operate a US Bank account, we would need to identify a third party capable of receiving and transferring funds inside the US.

We are NOT a Ponzi scheme, NOR are we an Investment scheme and have never portrayed ourselves as such, like any legitimate Company we utilize our income to generate more revenue to create a long term sustainable financial base. Unfortunately this is not always at the speed or efficiency that many members require or demand, nevertheless we have proven we are here to overcome all eventualities and offer an income based on our current terms and conditions, where so many fail and disappear, we are still here and still growing. We regularly transfer profits made elswhere into our online accounts to support payout requests for the benefit of all of our members. We have recently reduced referral levels to one tier in order to adhere to International law and capped upgrade limits applicable to US Law, the cap level may be raised again at any time subject to our Attorney's recommendation. You are paying for a service, for which, your use of, is rewarded. Our current Stormpay deposits represent approximately 1/10th of our total Company's revenue to date. These are not the actions of a Company who are interested in making a quick buck and disappearing without trace.

Now that our initial panic is over and some form of stability is emerging, I would like to thank all those who sent words of warning and suggestions, we had taken heed but could not relay our own opinion due to the risk involved.

To effect an immediate damage limitation exercise, we will be maintaining a minimum balance on our Stormpay account and have used the last week of apparent adherence and agreement to buy some time to reduce the amount of funds in our account. Please do not request refunds, make chargebacks or raise claims against us with Stormpay the situation is stable but may be aggrevated by any of these actions.

To assist you, the member further, we will enable you to use Uniclear and hopefully other payment processors soon, we also hope to be able to offer the opportunity to exchange between different payment processors once a secure method is devised. We are unable to reinstate the use of SFIPay, as it's limitations are restrictive to our business operations.

In order to run our business successfully, we need a payment processor that has the ability to offer funding by International Bank transfer, automatic merchant interface and is accessible to members from many different countries.

In the meantime we will continue to accept and make payments through Stormpay BUT would ask all members to consider other options for funding their accounts.

Both of these programs are taking the same approach to weather the StormPay issues. They are setting their earnings percentage to 0%. This will hopefully allow both of these sites to be able to pay their members as well as build up a reserve. Dad’s is will only be at 0% until the end of the month and he plans to honor even those upgrade made with StormPay. Enjoy2Surf & Sunny-Money will be at the 0% mark until April 1st and plan on using that time to come up with how they will handle the StormPay upgrades. In both cases they are also extending the life of those upgrades so you will not lose money, just will not be able to earn for a while. Below are both of their statements:

Good morning everybody. First let me say thank you to all members for the tremendous support I have received over the last couple of weeks. I have had many, many emails of support, including many from Stormpay members who stood to lose their upgrades. Following my previous posting I prepared myself for the worst, but was pleasantly surprised, in fact delighted, by the amount of support I have received.
As the older members of dadndaves will attest, I have always regarded the membership of dadndaves as a very large family, and have always tried to do the very best I could for all family members. Until now, I believe I have achieved that for the most part. In times of crisis, it is important that families stick together and help each other out. This is a time of crisis, and your brothers and sisters need your help.
The scale of this theft is massive. Including the pending withdrawals that Stormpay have refused to honour, and the balance that was left in my account to make payouts, Stormpay have stolen many, many hundreds of thousands of dollars of your money. I don't hold out much hope of resolving the issues with Stormpay in the short term, and any legal avenues will probably take months, even years, for any sort of outcome. Therefore I had to come up with a plan which did not include any variables, such as whether or not we would get our money back from Stormpay.
In drafting this rescue plan, my intention was to ensure that nobody was any worse off than before, and also to recoup the money stolen by Stormpay in the quickest possible time. I believe these measures will enable me to recoup the major part of that loss by the end of February. (I will continue to pursue Stormpay through legal means, for the return of the funds, but this way, that problem is mine, not the members who have been ripped off.)
What I am asking members to do, is to forgo your earnings for February. You will lose nothing, and in fact will gain a little bit at the end of your upgrade. The extra month (in fact 35 days) will be added to the term of your upgrades. If your upgrade was due to expire on the 1st of May for example, it will now expire on the 5th of June. The surf bar is now turned on, so you may surf and advertise if you wish, but there will be no daily % paid until the 1st of March.
Referral commission will no longer be paid. As we are now a private autosurf club, there is no need to provide incentives to bring in new members. We do have a waiting list for new members, so to accomodate them we will reopen to new members, but the numbers will be strictly controlled. New members will not receive any bonuses, and there will be no referral commissions paid. We will not announce times and dates for this, as we do not want a repeat of the rush we had last time. We will open at random times, and close as soon as each batch is maintained at a manageable level. This could mean we are only open for a few hours at a time, depending on the response.
Stormpay members. Members who upgraded with Stormpay after January 1st will now be allowed to keep your current upgrade level. You will be able to surf and earn as from the 1st of March, however you will not be able to cashout until such time as you have upgraded with another processor by an amount equivalent to your original Stormpay upgrades. You will be able to keep your Stormpay member level. For example if you upgraded with $100 and received the $10 bonus, your current level is $110. When you come to make your next upgrade, your member level would be $210. If you are one of the unfortunate members who has already had your upgrade reversed, just send us a contact email and we will re-instate it for you.
Cashouts for January are almost complete, and should be finished within the next couple of days. If you have not received your cashout, or have only received a part payment, it is probably because of the reasons relating to referral commission in the previous post. The cashout button will be enabled on the 1st of March to enable those members to re-apply.
Cashouts for future months will be paid between the 1st and the 15th. Never again will I allow enough funds for a single cashout to remain in any processor. If a similar occurence should happen in the future with another processor, my losses would be kept to a minimum, and we would be able to continue to operate. E-gold and Paypal will be the only processors accepted.
Contact requests. All outstanding contact requests which have not yet been answered will be deleted, as most of them are asking questions in relation to the previous post. I will try and answer emails relating to todays post, but please read this thoroughly before sending an email.
I have spent countless hours working on this plan, and I believe it offers the best chance to ensure that no member loses anything, and to ensure the continued success of dadndaves. There will be some members who will be unhappy with some aspects of the plan, but try as I might, I cannot please everybody. Just remember that, whatever your opinion of the plan, it needs to be implemented for the future benefit of all members. Remember, Nobody loses anything!!

FEB 10: THE RECOVERY PLAN
For those who are still curious... yes we were hit by StormPay's criminal acts, and we were hit HARD. I have been trying my best to get through cashouts but it has become apparent that I cannot continue without compromising the stability of our program. After much thinking, and re-thinking, and even more thinking, I have come up with the best plan possible to ensure that Sunny-Money and Enjoy2Surf will survive. What I propose to do in order to AVOID closing the sites, is to place the earnings on hold until April 1st. At midnight tonight (February 10th) the earning percentage will drop to 0% but all other functions will remain active: you will still be able to surf for credits, buy credits, advertise your sites and your banners, and keep an eye on your member area to make sure that your cash balance is safe and that Sunny-Money and Enjoy2Surf are NOT going anywhere! All upgrade expiry dates will be extended so that the next 49 days do not come off the upgrade life, and so they will still last 100 days each. On April 1st the 1.5% earning percentage will be turned back on and everything will return to normal! This 49 days holiday from earnings will allow me the neccesary time to build up funds and receive returns from investments. Everyday I will work to finish the existing cashout requests and also try to rebuild the reserve that was stolen by StormPay. I understand that earning no money for 49 days is not the most desirable situation, but please realize that we are lucky to be surviving this situation at all. So many PTS sites have been forced to close up completely and their members have lost everything. If you stick with me through this you will receive all money that is owed to you, plus you will be able to keep earning more money afterwards... that sounds like a pretty good compromise to me!
At this point I am undecided as to what I will do with all the StormPay upgrades and cashouts that were already made. At this point they are worthless, but if a miracle happens and StormPay gives back our money than there is no need for me to remove your upgrades or earnings. Since the earnings will be on "pause" until April 1st, I will leave that decision alone for now so as not to confuse the StormPay issue further.
Because of the fact that I have over a thousand contact emails sitting in my inbox waiting, I will not be responding to any questions that are answered above. Another common question that I don't have time to answer is: "When will I be paid?" The best answer I can give at this point is: "As soon as I am able to pay you I will, and it will be sometime between now and March 31st." Please don't worry... EVERYONE will be paid, just as they have ALWAYS been paid!

Auto-Surf.biz and eProfitSurf Consolidating

Auto-Surf.biz and eProfitSurf just sent out an email stating that they will be closing for 3 days. During this time they will be consolidating the accounts at Auto-Surf.biz and eProfitSurf into one autosurfer. The new autosurfer will retain the eProfitSurf name but use the Auto-Surf.biz TOS (1% pay level and upgrades never expire). One other key note is that the new surfer will only be using the new payment processor Auto-Surf-Money. Below is the full statement released by AutoSurf.biz and eProfitSurf:

Dear Valued Members,

In light of the events of the past several months, culminating in the sudden developments of last week, we have evaluated our current position and made the following decisions for the long term protection of our members.

We realize that change is unsettling at best... but quite necessary to safeguard what we have ALL worked to build over the last 6 to 9 months. Please rest assured that we are NOT going anywhere. We are simply restructuring to enable a quicker recovery from these latest events.

Given that StormPay has decided not to work with us or provide us with ANY information concerning the recent turn of events AND that we have repeatedly worked around issues with each of our other processors over the last 10 months, we came to the conclusion that none of the currently popular payment processors were reliably fulfilling the needs of our members.

Designing our own processor to service our internet marketing community became a priority.

Auto-Surf-Money is on the verge of completion. We will accept account funding via international money order, electronic funds transfer, credit card, and egold. All surf site payouts will be performed through Auto-Surf-Money. Payouts will then be performed via electronic funds transfer, egold or checks. We will be including other options as we continue development.

In addition to freezing our funds, it appears that StormPay is "randomly" refunding those members who purchased autosurf upgrades via StormPay. This is being done without the knowledge or consent of either our members or our staff.

Unfortunately, we cannot access our account to verify which members have been refunded and which have not... Therefore, we have no way of knowing who has or will be refunded until such time as we are permitted access to our StormPay account... Best case scenario is the 180 day time limit provided in StormPay's User Agreement.

The fairest way that we can determine to move forward is to treat all StormPay upgrades as refunded services. We will be establishing escrow accounts for every member who has purchased upgrades via StormPay equal to the amount of what they would be due as a refund for those upgrades. Each of the affected members' surf levels will be lowered by that upgrade amount. Once we are able to gain access to our StormPay account, we will be able to determine who has received refunds and who has not. At that time, members will be refunded if StormPay has not yet done so.

Were StormPay not taking it upon themselves to randomly refund members, we could continue business as usual with even our StormPay members. Unfortunately with these random refunds, we simply cannot :(

With opening a payment processor as an additional service to our members, we also have had to analyze the time that it would take to competently adminster an additional site on top of our current duties.

The only way that we can do justice to a payment processor is if we are only operating one surf site.

Auto-Surf.Biz and eProfit Surf will be CONSOLIDATING memberships and Auto-Surf.Biz will close once the consolidation is complete.

There will be no refunds, upgrades or any other financial transactions occuring during this 3 day hiatus.

eProfit Surf will house members from both existing sites and payouts will be at a rate of 1% per day with no expiration date. Payouts will be made on a weekly basis to your Auto-Surf-Money account.

The only other change that will affect new members is that there will be a LIMIT of one account per IP address/ASM payout account with a $10,000 total limit. Combined accounts will be totaled and able to maintain their current upgrade level of the combined accounts.

Both sites will be taken down for maintenance to accomplish this for 3 days, from midnight tonight (server time) through midnight Friday (server time).

eProfit Surf will return on Friday with the new terms and conditions in place.

A new support ticket system will also be implemented at this time, as we have had sporadic issues with our current provider.

Again, we realize that change can be unsettling. BUT these are the decisions we have made for the collective good of our ENTIRE membership.

As for StormPay and how it is affecting the market, there is a lot of mud slinging and no concrete information (unless you call conflicting information concrete). As for most of us by standers we just have to sit back and wait and see what will happen. Best case, we get are money back from the autosurfers that have our money ties up in StormPay. Worst case, well I think you know what that is.

You really have to wonder what StormPay is doing. They first make the announcement that they will no longer support commission based business (see post) unless they only use their payment processor. Surprisingly most autosurfers comply with this request by dropping all of their other payment processor choices, including the giant 12DailyPro! It shows what power and the amount of funds that they must control. Now they have gone as far to freeze some of these autosurfers accounts including 12DailyPro, Auto-Surf.biz, and eProfitSurf (to see their updates click here and here respectively) all of who complied with StormPay’s request. Now for the larger question, how is this going to affect these autosurfers? If their funds are frozen they will not be able to make payouts, especially if most of their funds were tied up in StormPay. Will these sites have to close down until there is a resolution and if they do how long before they come back up? Time to plan for the worst and hope for the best!

It appears that Auto-Surf.Biz and eProfit Surf have joined the ranks of those
vendor accounts singled out by StormPay for suspension.

As of about 10:30 am EST, StormPay has suspended our account without notice, not
allowing any member upgrades nor any of our staff login access to our account.
We have received no reply to messages via telephone or support ticket.

We have also not yet received funds that have been transferred to our bank
through the course of the week.

Like 12 Daily Pro, we have a SIZEABLE amount of funds in our StormPay account in
readiness for upcoming payouts for both of our surf sites. We were surprised
that our account would be suspended as we are in full compliance with their most
recent change in terms.

We sincerely apologize for this turn of events, but until we get more
information we are unable to provide any further update on our pending payment
schedule. We will keep all members updated in our forum as we receive more
information.

We have done some additional research and as you may have noticed, we have come to some decisions regarding our current issues with Stormpay.

We did everything we could to meet and live up to StormPay's blackmail attempts on Monday. We removed EMO, a payment processor with who we have a very solid relationship. At StormPay's demand, we completely eliminated all choice for our members of payment processors and put our business in a very difficult postition. After all of that, it seems that we have been betrayed.

The existence of 12daily Pro has profited StormPay over the course of the months, perhaps more than any other of their clients or users combined. They seem to now have a problem with autosurf; we find it curious that they didn't have a problem with taking our money. We have learned that StormPay has suspended many other autosurfs as well witin the past couple of days. It appears they may also be sending out libelous answers to members questions about why we were suspended.

We want to let you know that we have decided to become proactive in this matter, after a full day has passed with no explanation from them of why our account has been suspended. Our attorney has submitted a letter to their attorney via email explaining our postion and requesting a response. Barring a legitimate explanation by Stormpay within a timely manner, we will be filing immediate legal action to recover all our funds by legal force if necessary so we can meet our responsibilities to all of our StormPay members in a timely fashion. We will update you on the progress of this matter. We promise to fight them to the death for money that rightfully belongs to you and us.

In the meantime, since our account has been locked, we cannot at this time make any StormPay payments. We also have been denied by StormPay the withdrawal of funds that we earmarked for the funding of our EMO account. So, this evening we will have to weigh a lot of factors in determining how we will structure a recovery plan for our Stormpay funds as well as determine an ammenable and fair payment schedule for all members with currently pending withdrawals.

We will have some answers for you on this by midday tomorrow.

In the meantime, we have enabled EMO upgrades again, staff will be focusing on support tickets and the launch of the new program hopefully later tomorrow.

We need you all to understand that this is a very difficult situation which we never could have predicted. There will be a lot of change and uncertainty in the coming days. But know we are doing all we can to insure that StormPay does not bring this program down nor take advantage of members that we have spent months caring for.

We completely understand that you are all concerned as we are as well. We ask for your support and patience at this time. Rest assured we are here working our butts off for you. You can help by not creating more work by staff with support tickets about these issues. We will update the membership as a whole as developments arise in the member news area, so please check it often for new postings.

We will not let anyone destroy this program that our staff and all of you have worked so hard to build.

StormPay Policy Change

StormPay has decided to change its policy in allowing autosurfers (or as they call it, merchants with a commission based business model). They will no longer allow a site to use their processor unless it is the only processor. Below is their official statement:

Due to high volumes of fraudulent transactions made to merchants with commission based business models, StormPay can no longer process payments for those type of merchants who choose to accept more than one payment processing solution.

Using more than one payment processor is exactly the situation that “fraud” seeks out. This enables the fraudulent user to set up a fake profile with either of the processors, make a purchase or join the program, and then withdraw their earnings to the other processor where the real identity is used. This sort of activity makes it nearly impossible for either processor, or law enforcement to properly handle the fraud because the “trail” comes to an end. This is the cause for a great many chargebacks to those merchants which can be avoided.

As of 1/30/2006 StormPay must require Merchants with a commissioned based business model who choose to accept StormPay, to only accept StormPay. StormPay certainly does not wish to dictate how our merchants run their business, all merchants are free to choose any processing solution that best suits their needs. We understand you have choices and certainly hope that choice is the online leader – StormPay. However, if another payment solution is used, please immediately remove StormPay from the associated website as a funding option and continue to use the StormPay account funds to finish payments to those members who paid using their StormPay account.

At StormPay we truly care about our merchants’ and the overall success of their business and sales and for that reason we have implemented these very necessary changes. Thank you in advance for your understanding in this very crucial matter.

Already many of the autosurfers have copulated, including the giant 12DailyPro. The only surf sites that have removed StormPay as their processor are Sunny’s sites: Enjoy2Surf and Sunny-Money.

I have a problem with the actions of StormPay because what they are doing is creating a monopoly. They are one of the largest payment processors and probably the largest in the autosurfing industry. They did not choose to make this action until they had grown to their current size. Before this they had no issues being one of the many payment processor choices. It would be nice to see another payment processor that would allow you to have choice and compete with this new giant.

Auto-Surf.biz & eProfitSurf Response

As most of you are aware, IntGold ceased operation about 6 weeks ago. We held
tight, hoping that operations would resume, or at least there would be some news
as to what we could expect going forward.

However, there has been no information forthcoming.

Dan and I, unfortunately have no choice but to discontinue earnings on the
upgraded funds that were paid in via IntGold. Most of the 128 members who did
upgrade are already in profit, but we simply cannot afford to payout for 2 years
on funds that we did not receive.

Another issue this week has been the latest development with StormPay. Most of
our members continue to upgrade with StormPay and request payouts to eGold
and/or PayPal.

Per the new Terms of Service specified by StormPay, we unfortunately have no
choice but to comply in the short term as most of our member funds are in their
processor. From this point forward, we will only accept payments via StormPay,
and members will be paid out to the processor they have used to upgrade until
all funds in those accounts are depleted.

With the completion of the January payout, our permanent pay solution will be
announced.

Being that we have no choice in either of these matters and although we
sympathize with individual inconveniences as a result, there is nothing we can
do to change the current situation. Therefore, any tickets submitted regarding
either of these matters will be deleted with no response.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience to our members,
but, this is not something within our control.

Due to the recent decision by Stormpay to allow only their system as designated
payment processor on commission based websites, we are removing all other
payment processors over the course of the next few days. We will only accept and
make payment to Stormpay.

Stormpay is the most popular system and the easiest for us to use, if you do not
have a Stormpay account we apologize for this inconvenience but it would damage
our business too much to remove them. All payments to other pay processors to
date remain valid and will not restrict your participation in our program. We
will be working on a solution for many of our members soon.

There has been a very disturbing development regarding our payment processors that we need to share with all of you.

As you know, we recently removed E-Gold as a payment processor and added EMO, as we wanted to provide our members with reliable payment processing options, that would allow you to make a choice as to which processor bests suits your needs. We developed a relationship with EMO who has been extremely helpful in making the transition as smooth as possible for our members and staff. We have nothing but praise for their security, their fee structure, and their professionalism.

We were actually very surprised at the large number of members who choice EMO as their new option. In fact the number of members who choice to have their compounded upgrades paid to EMO was exponentially more than we had thought it would be. Thus we ended up with a considerable surplus of Stormpay funds, money intended to pay the compounded upgrades. As soon as we realized this, begun to withdraw sufficient funds from Stormpay to our bank account so that we could properly meet our obligations to all Egold/EMO and Compounded/EMO members. We were due withdrawals in our bank account last Thursday that would have allowed us to complete all of these payments according to our 7 day terms. The money did not clear our banks on Thursday. It did not clear on Friday. At this point were forced to extended the payment of compounded EMO upgrades to 10 business days. However, anticipating the funds would surely clear on Monday, we maintained our Dec. 31 deadline for the payment of all E-Gold/EMO withdrawals.

We discovered Sunday night, that the delay in receiving funds was not simply slow banking. On Sunday night we received a notice from StormPay informing us that they had cancelled all our pending withdrawals and could only pay us by bank wire or check. They also informed us that they would not continue doing business with us if we continued to offer our members the ability to upgrade with EMO. On Monday morning we attempted to arrange our bank wire with Stormpay, hoping to have time to come to some fair resolution that would allow us to maintain both payment processors. StormPay informed us at this time that they would not allow the release of our funds until we removed EMO as a payment option from our site. We were given a 5pm deadline in order to do so. Not doing so would result in StormPay disallowing any further upgrades incoming purchases through them. The only account functions we would have been allowed at that point would have been to refund all funds in our account to the purchaser, which would not have allowed for any earnings or commissions to be paid to these StormPay members.

We held a conference all with StormPay yesterday evening, in an attempt to negotiate some other solution. They informed us that due to the high degree of fraud and chargebacks by some of our members and the associated credit risk for their company that they would not continue to put themselves at that risk as long as we were allowing our members another payment option. They also expressed concern over the potential fraud of members being using both processors as a means to pass money in a fraudulent way. They informed us that as long as we offer any other payment option to our members, they will not do business with us and will not allow us unrestricted access to the funds in our account.

While we are very disturbed by their requests and do not agree with their reasoning, right now we are forced to capitulate, due to the fact that now 75% percent of our membership utilizes StormPay as their payment option. So, as of 10am today, we have removed EMO as an upgrade option with 12daily Pro. At StormPay’s behest, the only payment processor that will be accepted at 12daily Pro is StormPay.

We are extremely disappointed at this turn of events and are going to do everything we can to make this transition smooth. We selected EMO as an option because our their security, their low fees, and the flexibility. LifeClicks wants to continue our relationship with this processor. Because of this and because of our dedication to all of our members who have now created EMO accounts, we will be stepping up the launch of our new program, which will accept EMO, by a few weeks. We hope to have the site launched and available within the next couple of days. Stay tuned for more information on this.

Currently pending Egold/EMO upgrades:
We have paid out approximately 80% of these. By this afternoon, we will have paid through half of the Jan 8 expirations. Due to the delay in placing the necessary funds in EMO to complete this payments, we will have to extend the deadline for the remainder of these to February 3. If you are wondering, while there are many expiration days left to be paid, there are considerably fewere upgrades on each day than for previous days which some days only have less than a dozen. We hope to have them done before that date, but it is all dependent on the speed of our banking transactions.

Currently pending Compounded/EMO upgrades:
For those of you that chose your compounding option to be paid to EMO, your payments will also be affected. We want to give you all again the option at this point to change your payment option to StormPay, which will allow you to be paid within 7 business days of your expiration. If you use to remain with the EMO option, the new payment deadline will be within 15 business days. We know that you have all already been very patient and that many of you have been waiting for payment since December. However, we hope that the extra monies you were able to earn by not having to pay pa processor fees for the compounded funds and being allowed to upgrade and earn far beyond our 6K limit in many cases, will help offset your wait. We will allow anyone that wants to change to StormPay at this time until tomorrow at noon before we will ‘lock in’ your payment Ids to your withdrawals again.

Currently pending regular EMO withdrawals:
Those of your who have currently pending EMO withdrawals, these will be paid within 10 business days of expiration.

Currently active EMO upgrades:
Those of you who have currently active EMO upgrades will be allowed to complete your 12 day upgrade cycle and will be paid within 10 business days of expiration.

E-Gold Upgrades which have yet to expire:
The EMO option will no longer be available. Also, if you choose to compound, you will only be able to receive the compunded withdrawal to Stormpay.

Again, we want all of you to understand that this choice is not voluntary and we did everything we could to try to negotiate some alternative. This final choice was one that we needed to make to insure that all of our members receive their deserved earnings and that the program and the company can continue for the benefit of all involved.

We will be making daily updates on this matter to keep you all informed as we move through this transition. We will also be arranging a moderated chat session, a LifeClicks town meeting of sorts later this week, to give members a chance to have any questions they might have about this matter or the program in general addressed.

We also want to ask you to refrain from any negative feedback to StormPay regarding this issue. While we don’t agree with their actions, we accept that they are doing what they feel is best for their company.

GrandHits Cracks Down

GrandHits has started to crack down on its cheaters. So, here is my very brief (I promise) rant on cheaters. Autosurfers allow many of us to make a great return on our money without the need to cheat the Admin. Even if the member is unaware of their action breaking the Terms of Service (TOS) it is cheating. Upon joining any autosurfer it is your responsibility to read and understand its TOS. Okay, I’m done. GrandHits also announced that they will no longer be accepting PayPal. I think that is ashamed but it seems that many autosurfers out there are going that route. Below is the notice:

We have had a productive week, many of you have stumbled upon the "limited" account status, What this means is that someone has already logged into another account using the same IP address as you. When your account is limited you may still login and surf, but you will not be able to modify any settings nor will you be able to delete the account. Contact us to resolve a multiple IP use issue and we will handle the situation accordingly, many of you have a legitimate reason and we know this so do not worry. If you have more than 2 accounts and it is clear to us that you are in violation of the TOS (terms of service) there will most likely be no resolve, and your accounts will remain limited.

Other news, this can actually be interpreted as both good and bad news, but unfortunately we are no longer using Paypal in any of our programs. Paypal has now limited all 3 accounts we have used, beginning November 27th when they locked up close to $27,000 3 days before payday. We have never really recovered since then, I kept trying to make it work because I know alot of you liked being able to use Paypal here, but they consistently tell me one thing on the phone and then turn around and do another when we start moving money through again. It almost seems as if they do it purposely. Combine this with the Chargebacks that has left our current account with a negative balance and I am glad to be done with the headache.

So our program is actually very strong right now, I feel eliminating Paypal will strengthen us by eliminating much of the issues that plague us on a monthly basis. The last two months Paypal has been trying to drag us down, they haven't suceeded and they will not succeed. All of you that have current upgrades with Paypal we should be able to pay you to another processor, it may take a little while to catch up, but if you have patience with us we will make good on your upgrades. Unfortunately I need to mention that any attempted chargebacks that may cause my partners Paypal account to go further into its negative balance, will result in the termination of your account and the loss of any and all earnings within it.

So all members that currently use Paypal are encouraged to change to another processor and continue to earn with us here in 2006 at Grandhits. I have heard some ridiculous rumors that "we no longer care about our programs" and that "we are just letting them go, and plan to skip with the money" These rumors hold no truth whatsoever, in fact I am very excited as we are about to finally start 2006. We very much care about our programs! I was even able to answer many support tickets today for the first time in a while members received a response and some much needed action form us in that department.

Monday we are scheduled to receive a large installment into our e-bullion account and with this we should be able to complete all e-bullion cashouts still waiting to be paid and also we should be able to buy e-gold with this to pay the remainder of you that are unable to switch to e-bullion.
SO while we are on the subject we had a poll over in the forum and as a result here is our new lineup of payment processors for our programs in 2006.

A Shinning Example

As it happened I had a problem with both Auto-Surf.biz and eProfitSurf in the same week. As you can see from my post last week I had a distribution from both of them. In both cases the money I was owed hit my account without issue but my account balance was being misrepresented. Without going into a long reason why all of this occurred I’ll skip to the important part. I sent out ticket to let them know of the issue and within hours I received a response from them in both cases and the issue was resolved! Just another shinning example of why ASB and EPS are such good autosurfers and on my Step 5.

Two important things to point out with this: No autosurfer is unfaultable so make sure you line yourself with reputable ones and because of this you should take it upon yourself to know what you should be being paid, how much you have invested with them and what your account balance should be.

DadnDaves is Private

It is true, DadnDaves has gone private. For just a shrot time (until January 26th) DadnDaves will be open to new members, if you are not a member already JOIN NOW! This is one of the best autosurfers out there and now I will be hard pressed to add another to my list on Step 5.

The good and bad of it: The fact that Dadndaves has recognized that if they continue to grow their support and possibly the vitality of the site will diminish is definitely a positive. The additional changes to how the site will be managed, no more sign-up bonuses and increased payout amount, should also help with the longevity of the site. The only negative of this move is to limit the existing members’ ability to grow a downline.

dadndaves is getting too big

Dadndaves launched on April 26th of 2005. Since that time we have enjoyed enormous growth and are now among the top 2 or 3 autosurf programs on the net, both in terms of member numbers, and reputation as the best autosurf program in terms of customer service and fast payouts. If this growth is allowed to continue at its present rate, I will no longer be able to provide the customer service I am so proud of, which, in conjunction with the tremendous member support I have enjoyed, is what has made dadndaves what it is today. In light of that we need to make some changes. Please note that none of these changes are financially driven, dadndaves is as financially sound as it ever was, and the changes are for logistical purposes only, and designed to keep up the high level of customer service you are accustomed to.

Dadndaves will no longer be accepting any new members. Many existing and potential new members will be unhappy about this, so to be fair to them, we will re-open shortly to new members for ten days only. This will happen in the next 12-48 hours. Any new members that join in that time will not receive a signup bonus, but the $10 bonus for first time upgrades of $50 or more will stay in place until midnight on January 28th. New members will also have until that date to upgrade their accounts. We are not accepting any more free members. Existing free members are not affected, and are welcome to remain as free members or upgrade - their choice.

Cashouts are taking too long. There are a number of reasons for this. The sheer volume of cashouts, cheaters, multiple requests, incorrect or incomplete payout requests. Rules for cashout will remain basically the same with a couple of exceptions.

The minimum amount for cashout will be increased to $50. Members cashing out for the first time only will be allowed to cashout at $20 (request via contact page)

Cashouts will be enabled for one day only. You will be able to request cashout on the 1st of each month.

Compounding will be enabled for one day only. You will be able to upgrade from earnings on the last day of each month.

To control the server load on those two days, the surf bar will be turned off. There will be two random 2% days during each month to compensate for this.

Rules for cashouts to members who have made upgrades from multiple processors will remain basically the same, but I will reserve the right to choose which processor you are paid to, subject to availability of funds in each processor.

Site approvals are taking too long. As each member only has to surf 10 sites per day it is pointless being allowed to submit multiple urls for rotation. With the number of sites in rotation reduced, your links will get better exposure, and the time taken to approve them could be much better spent on other more important matters. You will now be allowed to submit one site for rotation. If you currently have more than one site in rotation they will gradually be removed as they run out of credits.

Activation emails are an ongoing problem, and we have been unable to solve this. This means when we are accepting new members we have to manually activate hundreds of new members daily. We will continue to do that during the ten day period, as that problem will resolve itself when we are no longer taking new members.

Upgrade bonuses are also taking too long to process manually. This problem will also resolve itself after we stop paying that bonus on January 28th.

I have tried to be fair to everybody when making these changes, and my highest priority is for my existing members. My next priority has to be for myself, and my staff, as we cannot continue to work the hours we have been. We all need time with our families, and more importantly for you guys, we need time to manage dadndaves properly.

That would be considered a major red flag and I would advise avoiding investing any new cash into their site. eProfitSurf released their email notification about the TOS change (discussed in this post). Still waiting on what the new fee schedule will be for both EPS and Auto-Surf.biz.

Auto-Surf.biz TOS changes (first installment)

Yesterday ASB published the new changes to its Terms of Service concerning free memberships. I am guessing eProfitSurf will follow suit, my guess will be around the 15th time frame.

The New Year has brought a few changes to Auto-Surf.biz.

This email is a summary of those major changes that most directly impact our members.

* First and foremost, effective January 1st, 2006, Auto-Surf.biz is no longer offering a $10 sign up bonus for new members. All existing bonuses have been removed.

- Existing free members have had their member levels reset to zero

- We are in the process of removing the $10 bonus and balancing the account levels of our upgraded members

If you are advertising Auto-Surf.biz, please make sure you update your
advertising to remove any mention of the sign up bonuses.

* Secondly, we have modified our free membership terms. Free members now have 7 days to surf, earn credits and advertise with Auto-Surf.biz. If free members do not upgrade within that initial 7-day period, their accounts will become inactive and removed from our membership database

- Free members that joined prior to January 1st, 2006 have until January 7th to purchase a minimum of 1 upgrade (either through payment processor or by compounding). If an upgrade is not purchased by 11:59p Sat January 7th, the account will become inactive and will be removed from our membership database

- Free members that signed up on or after January 1st will have 7 days from the date of their signup to purchase a minimum of 1 upgrade. Again, if the account is not upgraded within the 7 day trial period, the account will become inactive and will be removed

My guess is that the second installment of TOS changes (fee assessment for payouts) will coincide with the opening of their new payment processor. I am hopeful that all of these changes will increase the longevity of these sites. As of now it is really not a reason to raise a red flag.

eProfitSurf Strategies

Monthly payouts with balance of $20 or more

Please take note to the length of time upgrades last, a full two years! eProfitSurf is a wonderful site with a high service staff and good forum. They also have mass payments so you do not need to request payout.

Strategy

The EPS strategy is very simple and very effective. Make an initial investment of $50. At that level you will immediately have enough for monthly payouts. Take half of the payout and compound it back into your membership level, bank the rest. Continue this plan of action for the next two years. By your third month (payout) you will have made back your money. By the end of two years (before any of your membership upgrades have expired) you will have maxed out your membership level. At this point you will only need to maintain your membership level and you will be pulling in roughly $6,000 a month!

The above does not take into account whether you have referrals. Referrals can greatly increase you profitability and the rate in which you max out your membership level. EPS has one level of paying referrals paying at 6%.

Good News, Bad News

Recently Sunny Graham, the owner of Enjoy2Surf and Sunny-Money opened his site back up to new members. This is great because these sites have been consistently paying its members. On the 1st he posted a new message on his site:

Unfortunately cashouts have turned out to be quite a bit larger than i expected this month! Don't worry, you will all be getting paid IN FULL, I DO have enough to pay you all. However I will be dipping into the reserve this month, something which we must try to avoid in the future. Therefore, after much thought and careful consideration, I have decided to reduce the earning percentage to 1.5% effective immediately. Before you get angry I should tell you that I am also extending the expiry date of upgrades to 100 days, so in the end you will NOT be losing any money! You will still earn 150% return on evey dollar you upgrade with, just as you did in the past. This small sacrifice will ensure the stability of the program, which of course will benefit us all. I aplogize for bringing you this news while you are still trying to recover from New Year's Eve, but the change must begin as soon as possible. I appreciate your understanding and support in this decision.

How should we take this news? Well, it is never a good sign when the Terms of Service change without any warning. Should we take the fact that the membership has opened up again as a sign that he needs a flash of new cash to pay out the existing members? Up to this point Sunny has been very reliable and I would take the fact that he was very honest about the situation as a good sign. I would also suggest not investing anymore money into his sites, at least until he has proven that the payouts will continue as scheduled.

On unrelated subjects, DadnDaves continues open and close his site to new members. This is one of my recommended sites so if you are interested in joining send me your email address and I’ll email you when he opens the site up again to new members. Lastly I am still waiting for both Auto-Surf.biz and eProfitSurf (also both recommended sites) to post their new payout fee schedule. I’ll post on it when I get the information.

Time to clean up my surfing/researching site. AutoSurf4Euros still has not been heard from in quite a while and I do not think it will be returning any time soon. I have not heard of anything from the former owners either. EarnCash4Surfing seems to be in the same situation. With no correspondence from them I now have to assume that they will also not be returning. Lastly, SurfCityAutoSurf have been changing their payout policy so often that it feels like more of a stalling game than anything else. I am removing all of these autosurfers as I can not recommend them and am no longer going to continue to surf them.

I will also be removing Sunny-Money.com and Enjoy2Surf. Both of these sites became private on the December 9th. Now being a member I am going to continue to surf and invest in them but I am going to remove it from my research list since no one else can join.

Just for information, DadnDaves has stopped taking new members temporarily. They are hoping that by doing this they will not need any down time while maintaining the site and dong some script tuning. They plan on opening the site back up to new members again in the New Year.

Plagiarism Rant

I while back I posted about a person who copied my entire blog as their own. It was almost comical since they didn’t even change all of the links so there was a good chance that they would be redirected back to my blog. Well it has happened again; someone copied my strategy posts on AutoSurf 4 Euros and Auto-Surf.biz.

Here’s the thing, I have no problem with people using what I write. If you look around my blog you see things that I have poached from other sources. You will also find one huge difference, I always credit that source. You will find that I have “quoted” them and where I can I link to that site. I figure if I have found it useful you might as well.

Okay, now for my philosophy/request once again. Feel free to use anything you find beneficial here in you own writings. My only request is that if you do please give me the credit I am due. Even better if you take what I write here and expand on it and make it even better (you can still give me credit if you’d like). Alright, I’m done with the rant.

I am removing AutoSurf 4 Euros from my Step 5. First off they site is not up and secondly when and if it does come back on line I think they will need to prove themselves once again. Respectable and reliable sites don’t disappear for this long without any notification. I’ll also be removing Hitzpay if they don’t resurface soon.

Changes to ASB and EPS

Auto-Surf.biz and eProfitSurf are planning on making some changes to their program. Overall I think this is a good thing, not a signal of bad things to come. Hopefully this will help with the longevity of both of these sites. Now for the changes:

Both sites are no longer going to allow free members. What this means? They will no longer be giving new members free $10 on signup and new members will be required to upgrade within 7 days.

Both sites are changing their payout. They are going to start to asses a fee for withdrawals. The specifics of this have not been stated as of yet so this is all I have right now.

Lastly, EPS is going to limit the number of accounts. You will now be able to have two accounts per ISP address and payment processor.

Like I said above, most of these changes seem to make sense to help with the longevity of the above sites. Let’s hope.

Worrisome

AutoSurf4Euros is no where to be found. Yes, we got a few emails about what they had planned for the new server changes and how long they expect this to last (48 – 96 hours) but it has now been 2 weeks and complete silence. I am still hoping that they will return (purely selfish reasons) and it has only been a glitch with the server upgrade but this now makes me quite worried. A reputable business “should” send out some message to their members giving them an update but this has not happened and it sends the signals that they probably will not be coming back.

One more thing to note is that Hitzpay has been offline now for a couple of days. I have not heard anything or reason why this should have happened. Once again, good reason to only invest in reputable autosurfers and even then never invest more than you are willing to lose.

DadnDaves Strategies

Another nice feature of DadnDaves is that with a paid membership you get a free subscription to AutoSurfInfo. This is a nice newsletter giving additional information about AutoSurfers.

Strategy

Make an initial investment of $50. With your investment of $50 and your $20 bonus cash ($10 for sign-up and $10 for a $50 investment) you will have enough at the end of the month to request payment. Take half of that payment and compound it back into DadnDaves and bank the rest. Continue this strategy of investing for the life of the plan. In four months you will have made back your initial $50 investment. By the end of the year you will have made just shy of $300 and still have a membership level of $290 (that is after you take out the $70 that expired at the end of the year).

The above does not take into account whether you have referrals. Referrals can greatly increase you profitability. DadnDaves has five levels of paying referrals with the first level paying 20%!

Hackers

Just wanted to post a warning and preach good habits. There have been a couple of emails and posts made yesterday about a hacker that managed to change the Paypal and Storm Pay payment address of an autosurfer. First off these types of things do not happen often but they do happen. You can not prevent those types of things from happening but you can protect yourself the best you can. You should always do a couple of things anything you make payments:

Take note of the receipt from your payment processor. Make sure it went to the right place and keep a copy of it for your records.

Make sure the autosurfer has credited your account for the upgrade you made. If it hasn’t first check the forum to see if there is any outstanding issues. Next, contact the autosurfer’s admin.

There are also a couple of things you should do at least every month:

Change your passwords on your payment processors!

Change the passwords on your autosurfers. At least change the passwords of the ones you have invested money in.

One last important note to make: Use unique and different passwords for all of your autosurfers and payment processors! Not all autosurfers are legitimate and you don’t want your passwords being harvested.

SurfMonkee Update

Hi All. I hope you all had a nice Thanks Giving (or weekend) and got your surfing in. More news from SurfMunkee and their problems. They have been having ongoing issue for a while now and should be watched. I do not plan on investing any more money until things have been resolved. Saying this I am still hopeful that Marcus will be able to get SurfMunkee back on track. Here is his latest email:

Hi again from Marcus,

Firstly I would like to apologize for the problems the site has experienced over the last month. I have been working hard non-stop to resolve many problems caused by the attack we had suffered at the end of October.

A handful of people had taken it upon themselves to hand out their own justice to Surfmunkee, by disrupting everybody's experience of our program. A Denial of service attack was continued over a 3 week period, culiminating in a successful hacking of the database, which resulted in a corrupted field of the withdrawal table. As I had been working on the withdrawal and compound system prior to the attack, it seems more than a coincidence that this part of the database should be targeted. Unfortunately In order to block these people I couldn't let all of the members know the full story and I'm sorry for the lack of communication during this time, it was necessary to block and locate certain people to minimize the damage. I also had to remove many parts of the most common used scripts, but these will be re-instated (i.e. member count, daily withdrawal on
home page/withdrawal and compound page, these were also causing a serious drain on the database at that time)

The final(?) part of their attempted sabotage was a virus attack, which resulted in many members receiving notifications regarding their accounts, with attachments. We cleaned the virus within minutes but it seems the result is still occurring as many other systems become infected. We will only send you emails from marcus@surfmunkee.com or (-f)webmaster@surfmunkee.com. We will not send any unannounced attachments, so please be on your guard. I have lost many e-mails again and also understand from members who communicate with me other than email, that some of you will not have received emails from me.

I am not sure whether the situation is resolved and we are being left alone or they are just taking a break. This now gives me the opportunity to resume the withdrawal and compound makeover. There are glitches in the system still that we will be working on, but payouts are continuing everyday and have been during this time, with the delay in re-instating E-gold, we are limited further as to which methods we use, again I apologize for this and the delay you may experience. E-gold will be back soon.

I am still more than confident that Surfmunkee will continue and catch up with the backlog, otherwise the last few weeks would certainly have been the last nail in the coffin. Personal circumstances have also taken their toll on my family recently and I can assure everyone these will not affect the re-building of Surfmunkee.

As many of you know, Surfmunkee utilizes only a very small percentage of it's revenue for income generation, prefering to offer larger returns to it's members, we do not make funds available to have a permanent staff or offices around the world, our membership level and turnover is not big enough or fast enough to warrant such an expenditure at this time, it is thanks to the volunteers that we continue to operate and no thanks to the people who cause disruption and mayhem for the rest of us.

These of you that thinks we can be caught or you can complain the autorithy from us,its better to give up because it is not possible to catch us.Only we know who we are - but it isn't possible for someone else to know who really operates the program. From the beggning our plan was to protect ourselves if the program fall. Here is the plan which does not allows us to do a risk:
First we have phone cards with numbers + 359 885 363155 / +359 885 363154 which can't be tracked and they are anonymous.It is like buying an ice cream from the shop (no names, no information at all!) The adress listed in our whois information is not real and we are from Plovdiv. We operated the program from PC clubs and it's anonymous again , we just come in the club , pay for hour , two , ten and we sit down on the PC and work. We used stollen documents to confirm ourselves in the TAS newsletter and Intgold , stormpay ... (we made few unreal letters for TAS as attorney letters , bank statements with unreal signs and seals and stamps made from us .... we paid one kid to rent a postal box again with stollen documents to get our anonymous debit cards and the stormpay - netiba letters.
With the anonymous debit cards we took some money for us , the cards are on funny names because the company gcard doesn't ask for confirmation and even if do it we have the stollen documents of Aleksandar ....50% from the ATM machines here doesn't have cameras - we used such ATMs (my partner is working in bank) and it is impossible someone to see our faces :)
No matter the faces ,the goverment doesn't have system to catch us via the faces :) It's really funny and it isn't USA, be sure :P Third world rulzzz!!!!!!
In short : we have not given our names anywhere ,noone have seen our faces , we didn't operate from homes (we are going to buy homes later - we don't have such now ) We are living in hotels right now. GCIDealing LTD - isn't real company ofcourse!

i cant really tell from the tone of your email me if you are just joking around, or if you really are that jaded about autosurfing, lol. if you are serious, than i must point out that even if most surfsites are just out for a money-grab and dont plan on being around for long, that doesnt mean we are all like that. there are a few decent surfsites still out there, you just have to know which ones to choose. by being honest, investing wisely, and providing excellent service to my members, i plan on being around for a lot longer than "a season"! if i remain professional i can enjoy a steady income from my efforts, hopefully until i wish to retire. why would i "take the money and run" when doing so would put an end to my own income?!

as far as having a plan for surfing, you are right about spreading your investments out. i dont invest my members money in surfsites, but i do surf 50 sites everyday for my own personal income. about 40 of these surfsites i know i can trust and feel safe putting my own money into, and theres about 10 or so that i experiment with, and they tend to come and go. the main thing is not how many you surf though, it is more important to be surfing the right surfsites or you may as well be partaking in "calculated gambling" as you call it.

the best advice i can give is to follow in the footsteps of two smart men: Dave Cannard from www.autosurfinfo.com and Jim Polak from www.autosurfcentral.com . sticking to the advice of these two men, and learning a few things on my own, is how i have become successful in the autosurf industry.

Change to Step 5

I am removing one and adding one autosurf site to Step Five. First I am removing Studio Traffic. Studio Traffic has been one of the most trusted and longest established autosurfers around so you must be asking why I am removing it from my recommended list. The main reason is that it has become very difficult to get money from it, they now only pay to their pay processor and it has become very difficult to get money from their processor. You can see what AutoSurfInfo has written about this. This is not to say I will stop surfing them, I have money tied up in them and I am hopeful that they will correct their issues. When that happens they will be put back on my recommended list.

I am adding DadnDaves to my recommended list. They pay 1% membership level and the upgrade’s last for 365 days. To this point they have been very reliable, upfront and pay on time. Please consider joining their autosurf site.

Sunny Update

To compensate its members they will be doubling earnings starting today, November 16th through Sunday, November 20th. On other fronts Red-Surf seems to have died. They have been down since Halloween and now they seem to have lost there site all together. I will be removing them from my researching list.

Recently I have been writing a lot about AutoSurf 4 Euros. This runs the gambit from being sold to the new owners having an auto accident. Now they are having a planned down period for two to three days starting this Wednesday. This is not a bad thing. What they have planned is upgrading their server as well as getting their forum back on-line. If AS4E comes back better than ever and makes all of their month end payments in a timely fashion they will have come a long way to gain the trust of their members back. They might also find me investing more money in them.

Just want to post a couple of other updates; Sunny-Money has been in the midst of a server upgrade since the 11th. 911Hitz had a severe crash; you can read all about it here. At this point there is nothing much to worry about. Server upgrades are common as long as Sunny-Money comes back on-line in a reasonable time. The crash is something to worry about but its sister site Grand Hits is still up and running so I think they will still do okay.

I have decided to remove one more surfer from my research list. Paid Response has been unresponsive as of late. This in itself is not overly unusual for autosurfers and the site has not been down too long yet. But because of the fact you can not reach their web site and the fact they have not had autosurfing in place for quite a while now (you need only click to get your daily amount) I am removing them.

I have been paring down the list recently so… If anyone wants me to research a site please leave a comment.

Been a while

So much has happened since I last posted. I’ll touch on three of them:

I had posted earlier the both NetSurf123 and PrimaSurf were down for server updates. Well both sites came back up and are surfing better than ever. They now have a different look and feel to them. I was very impressed that they came back up right when they were promised.

AutoSurf 4 Euros was purchased a while back. I had posted that that is a warning sign and the site should be watched. Soon after the purchase members received emails about the new owners being in an auto accident. I don’t want to sound heartless but it makes me skeptical about the site. Since those initially accident emails they have been saying all of the right things but taking a beating in the autosurf rankers. Personally I am rooting for them (for purely selfish reasons) but will not be investing any new funds with them until they have a proven payout record.

Lastly, I just want to mention Red-Surf.com. They have been down since Halloween and I do not know anything other than that. If they remain down much longer I will be removing them from my research list.

AutoSurf 4 Euros Strategies

The basic details of the plan:

Pay 1% membership level

Autosurf 100 sites

Upgrades last 365 days

10 Euro free signup bonus

Minimum Payout of 100 Euros

Please note that AS4E works in Euros, not dollars. This is important because as of when I wrote this Euros are more valuable than dollars. Saying this, your initial 50 Euro amount will be a bit more than $50. In the strategy below I will be working in only Euros.

Strategy

This is a very simple and long term strategy. Make an initial investment of 50 Euros and wait. It will take approximately seven months of surfing every day before you reach the 100 Euro minimum payout. Once you get your first payout reinvest 50 Euros and bank the remaining. Continue with this strategy indefinitely. After a year you should have made 100 Euros (doubling your money) and have a membership level of 100 Euros (and this excludes the 50 Euros hat expired after a year).

AS4E is not a plan to invest in if you do not have an initial investment of 50 Euros unless you are willing to make constant upgrade every month. If you invest 10 Euros every month for 5 months you will still end up with 100 Euros and a membership level of 100 Euros, it just takes you longer to recoup your initial investment.

AS4E also offers a 10% referral for all upgraded members in your downline. You have the opportunity to accelerate your return if you have a long and paying downline.

Auto-Surf.biz Strategies

The basic details of the plan:

Pay 1% membership level

Autosurf 50 sites

Upgrades never expire

$10 free signup bonus (last 100 days)

Automatic payout weekly (Saturdays)

The most important piece of information you should take out of their details is the fact that upgrades (your membership level) never expires. So in simple terms after 100 days you have made back your initial investment and from that point on you are making a 1% profit as long as ASB stays in business.

Strategy

Make an initial investment of $50 and as long as you surf everyday you should have an available payment due you by the third week. Take that initial payment. About three weeks later you should have your second payment due you, reinvest this payment. Simply continue this strategy of banking one payment and reinvesting the next for the life of ASB. Within 5 months you will have made your initial investment back and be working only off house money. At the end of one year if you follow this strategy through you will have made $230 and have a membership level of $270 (that will never expire).

A little variation on this strategy, and the one I follow, would be to continue to reinvest all of your earnings once you have made back your initial investment. You would continue this strategy until you have enough weekly money coming in that you can purchase a membership level as well as bank $10. By following this strategy you would end up with $220 (only $10 less) but a whopping membership level of $430.

Even if you do not have $50 to invest initially you can surf for free for 100 days and then invest that $10 back into ASB to become a paid member. It will take you longer to start making money but it will not have cost you anything. One more point, all of these numbers assume that you do not have any referrals. ASB pays 10% for all upgraded referrals. Depending on how your downline does the payout schedule could be escalated greatly. One last point, you can upgrade to 1000 membership levels ($10,000). This means that it is possible to make $100 a day for the life of ASB.

Server Upgrades

Both NetSurf123 and PrimaSurf will be shutting down from October 26th (tomorrow) through October 31st. During this time they will be upgrading their servers and scripts and making other unmentioned advancements. Hopefully this will be a good thing for both of these sites. They also made it very clear that they will not be pulling a 4Daily and resetting all of the earnings of its members. It is also noteworthy that they will be paying a 4% ROI the first week of November. Below is the message left on their web sites:

Eight months have passed since our launch in March this year. Over the months, we have seen autosurf sites come and go. It would seem that at most only 1 in a hundred survived the initial half a year. Most would have been gone within the first 3 months. The basic question is WHY?

The longer you survive in the traffic exchange market, the more members are taking you as an investment and as such will work on the weakness of each software and start snowballing (which literally kills most of the sites) and without revamption of software (probably due to lack of programming knowledge) they have no choice but to fade away, quitely if possible.

The true fact is, they are not in the position to handle such a killer. Are there really so many investments that pays over 1000% roi annually? Are members willing to accept the losses on the investments made by the autosurf owners who reinvested the money into places like forex, futures, stock and other physical high risk investments? In the traffic industry, one site invests in another to increase traffic and if cases like 4daily happens, the ripple effect is enormous. By pressing the reset button to "revitalize" themselves, the end effect is a "tsunami" in the autosurf exchange industry. Now, what are WE doing about it?

We shall be working on the weaknesses of the basic script which has killed a lot of autosurf sites.

Netsurf123 will shut down on 26th October, 2005 through 31st October, 2005.

And, what will we be doing during this shutdown?
The autosurf software will be changed to our in-house developed system.

The current database will be migrated to the new system and the account balances consolidated.

Upgrades to the server software and mail systems will be fully serviced and checked for errors and other server issues.

Actual status and payout plans will be implemented which will eventually even out the previous snowballing effect.

More advertising and sales options will be made available to members.

CobraPay has decided to make a couple of changes as well as add new software. There are two changes that are note worthy: First, they are no longer allowing you to surf for credits, you will be required to purchase them. Second, they will no longer be an autosurf; they will be using only manual surfing.

By changing to manual surfing they are obviously no longer an autosurf site so I am removing them from my research page.

Two New Autosurfers

I am adding a couple of autosurfers to my research page, 4% Gold Trade Surf and My Cash Trader. Marcus from Surf Munkee is associated with both of these sites. Surf Munkee is one of my more trusted sites and probably will end up joining my Step 5. Because of that fact I thought it was worth testing these two out.

4% Gold Trade Surf pays 4% for 40 days. They give a free $10 sign-up bonus but require that you upgrade by at least 1 membership level (levels are $10) within 45 days to maintain an active account.

My Cash Trader pays 5% for 40 days. They also give a free $10 sign-up bonus and also require that you upgrade by at least 1 membership level (also $10) within 40 days to maintain an active account.

Both sites have a high payout rate so they probably will never make my Step 5. They both don’t have enough information on their site yet, like their payout rules. From experience the higher payout sites never seem to last but I will try them out. Maybe they will be the exception.

Imitation

I was surfing around blogs recently and ran across a site that was promoting making money on blogs. Interesting, I figured I would read it and to my surprise it had eight steps just like mine. On a closer examination it was my site word for word (except the referrals were changed on the links). Someone copied all eight of my steps, pasted it to their site and called it their own. Initially I was quite pissed but then I thought about it a bit. Imitation is the best form of flattery and at least someone is reading my site and is learning from and using its techniques.

One comment about this action, I have no problem with anyone using what I write on my blog but if you are going to copy what I write acknowledge who and where you got it from. If you don’t it is plagiarism. A better idea if you want to make a blog like mine is take what I have here and improve on it. Make it your own!

Over the next couple of days I plan on revisiting all of my steps again and making any updates and additions I think need to be made. As well I plan on adding another link that displays all of the web sites I am currently surfing and researching. I am still debating about adding a site that lists sites that I think are scams. On that topic 4Daily.com has announced:

As recently announced to members, the 4Daily.com site is currently down for restructuring.

The site will re-open by early AM NY time on Wednesday October 12.

This in itself is not bad but current members lose all of there membership level. This now becomes another site I would recommend avoiding. Also, the owner of this site plans on opening two more surfers, I’d avoid those also and will post about them when I hear more.

One more note of interest is that AutoSurf 4 Euros is selling its site. They have not disclosed any other information except for that and that they don’t foresee many changes in the near future. Hopefully that will be the case. AutoSurf 4 Euros is still on my Step 5 and I am hopeful that it will remain there but this definitely raises red flags.

Another autosurfer has bit the dust. Invest Network released this notice on their website:

We have lost all control of our server over the last three weeks. Until now we do not know who and how have changed our passwords and contact details on our server properties. Until now we have only ftp access to the site, and even this we do not know if it will last. We have now successfully backed up all site information, and after this we will delete the site, and move it to a new server.
For all of you that have been dealing with us for some time, you know that we are not a scam, for all the others... you have to make this judgment by yourself. Please do not email us, until you get an email from IN confirming that the email server is once again in our control. We do not believe that accounts have been harmed, but we will need to check and double check all accounts before evaluate our position now.
Remember that WE ARE NOT RECEIVING YOUR EMAILS, and until today we had no way of telling our users whats is going on.
As you all know we have a shutdown procedure ready for the case we fail. At this momment we cannot tell you if we have failed or not. Now we have the data and on the next day or two we will tell our users what we are planning to do. You do not have to worry, because at least you will get all your money back.
I know that this is more that I can ask you all, but we need time to evaluate our position

Because of these issues is why I do not list all of the autosurfers that I know of. I only list the ones that I am confident about and secure with the idea that they will be around for a long time. It would be very easy to have the long grocery list o autosurfers and make money on the referrals but I choose not to. Online Business Philosophy

I have quit several autosurfs just because I got tired of the drama and daily whiny emails from the admin because they never have time to spend with family, are mad at this one and that one, etc etc...

Not to say that I don't have my own whiny moments-lol-I have been known to go on a rant in the forum every now and again...

BUT... when I get those daily emails... they kinda lose their effectiveness after the first one or two... and then you are rolling your eyes just seeing their name in the From field...

Dan has forwarded me more than one from an autosurf he is in with a note that says: "WE will NEVER send anything out like THIS... RIGHT?"

My thoughts about online business are quite simple really...

It allows me to work from home and someday (theoretically) I will have more flexibility and tons of money

But as with any business, starting out is going to cost an investment of time and money... not as much money as a brick and mortar business... I started with $20... but ALOT of time. Most days I work 18 hours or so... but that will not be a forever thing.

Until I can enjoy my flexible schedule... in the meantime, I

- Meet a ton of new people from all over the world
- have made A LOT of new friends
- have fun
- earn money

Now the money part is not overnight. It takes a while... but as long as you are realistic as to expectations... online earning is a realistic way to improve the potential of your financial future

Research Follow-up

There were two autosurfers mentioned recently in the comments and I wanted to follow-up on them. First is 4daily.com:

I had said that I have not surfed this autosurfer but had not heard anything bad about it. It has been around for a while now, almost a year. It pays out 4% for upgrades that last 40 days. This allows you to double your money before your upgrade expires. They have had some issues recently:

In case you missed our last announcement on Sep 14, this month's payouts are under the "new" rules announced on July 1. Payouts are based on Cash Balances of $8 or more on payout day. Because funds are limited after recent problems, we have imposed limits on payouts this month.

This means that:
Accounts with a cash balance of $8 to $400 are being paid $8

Accounts with a cash balance of $400 to $5000 are being paid approximately 2%

Accounts with a cash balance of over $5,000 are being paid $100

These limits apply for this month only. Different limits will probably be applied in future until we return to full cash-flow. In any case, all available funds will be distributed to all members due for payment.

I have not put it on my Step 5 yet and will not until I feel that it s worthy but it is one to watch. I must admit though, anything over 2% payout scares me and I will not even consider anything over 5%.

Second is 2BuckGoldSurf:

This autosurfer is very new. I had said that I liked the fact that their upgrades never expire but I had no idea how they would ever manage to maintain a 3% payout. Well they have already closed their doors:

I had NO idea so many people could be so freaking uptight over a $.40 payment.

All upgrades will be refunded, minus any payment made on upgrade.
Those of you who are in profit won't get any refund.
I have just submitted a withdrawal request to one of my Forex accounts
(which is costing me a 50% fee for multiple withdrawals in a month), but whatever it takes to rid myself of the headaches caused by a pissy lot of crybabies. I won't get the withdrawal until Monday, so all refundes won't be completed until Monday. Some of you will get yours today, and it won't be anybody who has sent me email asking about a payout.

72 emails crying about a day late payout of less than $1.50.....UNBELIEVEABLE.

Record Keeping

Just a quick post about what most people already do but it deserves being stressed. KEEP GOOD RECORDS! This is not just for you to know how much you have paid in to surfers and to know how much you have been paid out but to also declare those earnings when tax time comes. If and when you ever get audited you want to be able to provide evidence that you declared every cent of income.

The way I manage it is quite easy. For every auto surfer I have a start its own spreadsheet. I keep just a couple columns of information: date of transaction, membership level at time, amount paid in, amount compounded, amount returned, any fees paid, and then any notes I want to add. Very easy to maintain and not overly time consuming and may save a lot of hassles later on. Most surfers have their own history page where you can get/audit most of your information.

Doing Your Research

Recently I wrote about rewarding your downline and how I was impressed by the gesture. In that same post I mentioned that I would still have to do the research on that site before I could ever recommend it and put it on my Step 5. Well, that site has up and closed its doors. Now this is not to say that the person on my upline was apart of the scam or not, I don’t know. All this proves is that is very important to do your research!

If you are interested in an autosurfer that I don’t have listed on Step 5, let me know. I’ll let you know what I know about it and/or research it for you (see here). As for rewarding your downline, I still like the idea and want to incorporate that in my practices. If they are going to eventually make me money by surfing it should be the least I can do.

This is the final and an optional step. Now that we have talked about referrals and you have those links in your blog you are going to want to advertise them. The best way to do that is keeping your blog interesting and up to date. Keep active on blog exchanges and you will continue to get viewers.

I realize that you are also getting hits from those autosurfers that you are now using. As you probably have guessed most people don’t pay much attention to those as they go by. Because of this you are going to want to use another avenue to advertise to those people that might be more interested in those referenced links. You will want to also join some other manual traffic exchanges. Honestly, they are a pain because you have to click the sites to gain credits so you can advertise your site (same as the blog traffic exchanges) but they are much more effective at gaining new people to your downline.

Rewarding your Downline

Recently I was testing out a new autosurfer, 6% Cash Daily, now I haven’t confirmed the site is legitimate and meets my expectations to be listed on Step 5 but something happened that I thought was very noteworthy. My upline (the person whose referral link I clicked) upgraded my account for me.

Now what does that mean for the reliability of the site, I don’t know? I’ll still go through my same process of confirming the site is legitimate. What it does do is definitely make me think better of the site if my upline feels confident enough to purchase member levels for me. Not only that, I think it is a great gesture that my upline is thanking me for clicking on his link with the hopes that I will in the future make him money by buying into the site. And if I end up liking the site, I will!

It also makes me think that rewarding my downline would not be a bad thing either and I will have to consider doing that going into the future.

Referrals

Referrals are the next big step to making money surfing and bloging. If you are able to build a large enough downline (I’ll refer to that later) you can actually make a good deal of money through referrals.

Almost every link you see in my blog has a referral associated with it. When you click on that link and sign-up for that service I get a “bonus” for referring you. You are also now apart of my downline. Now not all referral bonuses are the same. The referral bonuses for the traffic exchange sites are usually extra credits to display your site. On the other hand, most of the bonuses for autosurfers are cash!

Here is a very quick example of how referrals can increase you cash flow. Let’s say one of the autosurfers you are a member of gives out a 5% referral bonus. Now every time a member of your downline makes buys into their member level you get that percentage of it. Just for example sake lets say they are investing $10, you just made $.50 off them. Now you have ten active referrals buying into the autosurfer, you are now making $5.00 off of them at regular intervals. This might not seem like much but if they are making money off of the autosurfers they start investing more which in turn mean more money for you. Some sites (not all) also let you get bonuses for their referrals! The compounding on those sites can then grow quite large.

When writing in your blog make mention to the traffic exchanges and autosurfers that you are involved with. In every case make sure you get your reference number from those sites and display the link with that number associated with it. Many sites also have banners you can include in your blog (take note of the blogexplosion banner below my archives) that you can link your reference number to. Take advantage to every referenced site!

Making AutoSurf Work

The idea behind the autosurfers is the same so I’ll talk in generalizations. Most autosurfers pay you a certain percentage of what you have paid in “membership level” for surfing a certain number of sites a day. Let’s say you are getting 1% for surfing 100 sites a day and you have paid in $10. That will make you .10 cents a day. At that rate it will take you 100 days to make back your $10. It is very important to know how long your pay-ins last.

I like to start my autosurfers’ membership level at $50. Using the assumptions above at this rate you would make .50 a day. It will now only take 20 days to get to that $10 (it would still take 100 days to make back your initial investment). Since most sites allow you to get paid at $10 and have a monthly payout (they all vary a bit) this is the strategy I like to employ. At every payout period I like to vary from cashing out my money and compounding it. So the first payout period I would be taking in roughly $15, the next month I would compound $10 into that autosurfer. This increases the time it takes you to make back your initial investment to 150 days but you still have been compounding. Making the assumption that your payment lasts 365 days you will have made over $200 and still have over $100 worth of compounding working for you.

I have mentioned compounding in the last example. Many autosurfing sites allow you to compound your earnings directly back into your membership level. I do not recommend you doing this. Without having the autosurfer paying you there is no way to confirm that they will pay at all. I recommend getting the payment from the autosurfer and then manually compounding back into the autosurfer. Yes, you may incur some fees in doing it this way but you ensure that they will pay out and in the long run it is well worth it.

When I first started autosurfing I did not have the $50 initial investment. As long as you continue to compound you increase the rate at which your initial investment gets returned as well as increase you cash flow. I used and continue to use the money I make from my blog ads to pay for the autosurfing investment.

One word of caution: Not all autosurfers are legitimate. Be careful where you invest your money. Look at my Step 5, I will continue to update that with legitimate surfers as well as remove autosurfers if they no longer meet my expectations. Try to find autosurfers that have long pay-ins (there are a couple out there that don’t expire). Also be careful not to get sucked into the high paying autosurfers, most often they end up being scams!

Auto Surfers

Auto Surfers are sites that pay you to surf. Basically once you have created an account with an auto surfer you are given a URL to use for your own surfing. This URL will load your start page and a timer will start its count down. When the counter has reached zero the page will automatically flip to the next page and you will be credited for one page view. Each exchange has different rules regarding how many pages you have to surf to be paid for that one day of surfing.

The beauty of the auto surfers is that while you are making money surfing you are also gaining credits. These credits can be used to display your blog and gain additional viewers. To maximize your surfing you should surf all of your auto surfers at one time. This can easily be accomplished with tab browsing. I highly recommend using Firefox to this, it has both the tab feature and a built in popup blocker.

There are thousands of auto surfers online. Some are legitimate and you can make a steady stream of income from them and then there are some that are just scams. The ones I have listed here I have checked and have proven (to date) to be reliable means of additional income.

Before I write up the next step I just wanted to post a note about the auto surfers I’ll be listing. There are many auto surfers out there to choose from and before I list any in the next step I will test them out to make sure that they are reputable. Sadly there are a lot of scammers out there and I do not want anyone to be scammed. So what that basically means is that I will be invested my own money in them to make sure they work properly and that I receive payments back from them in a timely fashion and without issue. As I find more auto surfers that have met my expectations I’ll add them to the next step as well if there are any issues I’ll remove them from the step. Now that you are into the motion of writing to your blog and your traffic is starting to build up it is time to prepare for the next aspect of making money with said blog. Before we can do that you need a means collecting that money so you will need to sigh up with a payment processor. Traffic

So now you have your blog and moneymakers in place and all you need is traffic. That is where blog exchanges come into play. The basic idea is you agree to visit other blogs and in return you earn credits. These credits are then used to display your blog to people that are doing the same thing as you. Simple! Now just getting people looking at your blog is not enough, you need them to stop and read so they will see your ads and click them. That is the second advantage of the blog exchange, since you are there anyways building up credits take a little time and read what others have to say. Find something interesting (and if it is at all related to your blog, bonus) and comment on it. Your comment will link your blog to theirs. They will more than likely take a peek at your blog to see what your writing. The other people looking at those comments might also take a peek at your blog. Those people will be the ones that stick! These are five of the blog exchanges I consider the better ones. Sign up with all of them and find the ones you like spending time at the most.

RPC’s and Associates

Okay, now you have your blog lets add those moneymakers. RPC’s are Revenue Per Click ads. Look to the right side and bottom of my blog and you will see them. The way they work is that you add them to your blog and they are smart enough to pick up on some of your key words and then display related products that their advertisers are promoting. Your viewers are then more apt to see something that they might be interested in and click on that ad. Once they click on it you gain revenue. The associate programs work similar in the sense that they display related items like the RPC’s but you do not make anything unless they purchase from that company. In the associate programs you work totally off of a commission. Here is a list of some RPC’s and Associate programs; I have used the top three in my Blog.

Once you have picked which company(s) you are going to use and have gone through the signup process you’ll need to get your code. This code will go directly into your blog template. Once the code is in the template you are good to go, all that is left is to maintain your blog by continuing to write interesting posts.

Just a couple of things you should be aware of. Once you have changed your template you do not want to pick a new template, it will overwrite all of the changes you have made. If you do decide on a new template make sure you have a copy of what you have done so you can incorporate it into the new template. Lastly, you should make a backup of your template just incase the unforeseen happens. The easiest way to accomplish this is to just cut and paste into a text file and save it off.

Creating Your Blog

This is the hardest step you will have to do. No, it is not the creation of the blog, that is quite easy, it is figuring out what you want to blog about. It can be political, sports related, web journal, poetry, pictures, basically anything your heart desires. What you want it to be about is something your interested in, something you think other bloggers would be interested in reading, and something you will be able to keep up with.

Once you have come-up with an idea start thinking about a title and maybe a short description of your blog. Once you have that done you are ready to create your blog. There are many free blog-hosting sites out there; you need only click here to see a large list of them. I personal recommend Blogger. They have made it very easy to set up and have many templates to choose from.

Once you have created your blog make your first post so you can see what it will look like. Congrats! You have a blog.

Take some time to look it over. Look at other templates that are available, you might like another one better. Maybe take a little time and read some of the help files. There are many cool free things that are available to add to your blog. Make it your own!
